Mike joined IDEX in 2013 as the company’s Vice President, Total Rewards charged with leading the overall strategy, planning and delivery of employee compensation and benefits. The first ten years of Mike’s career was devoted to employee benefits consulting, with a focus on global programs for his multinational clients. Moving into his first corporate role with Philip Morris International, Mike spent three years on an international assignment in Switzerland with global roles in benefits and compensation. Mike then returned to the US, with the lead compensation role for Kraft Foods North America before taking on roles at Beam Inc. and United Airlines prior to IDEX.
Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University.
