The Harmony Between Unlimited PTO and the Factory Floor

Unlimited PTO sounds like a myth to many employees, but for employers it can have both positive and negative impacts. In this session, hear Christina Stoneburner, Partner, Labor & Employment, Fox Rothschild LLP, highlight the states with current laws and what this means for employers. It will also discuss the many ways in which these measures surface that you may not be tracking, and give you insight into trends for the future.
